At Hands of Chi, we believe healing isn’t just something that happens on the massage table – it’s a lifelong relationship with your body.  Through our mind-body wellness education, we offer guidance, tools, and practices that support you outside the session room.

Together, Brad and Emily bring decades of experience in bodywork, movement, somatic practices, meditation, and holistic health.  We create a space for learning that’s grounded, practical, and personal – not clinical or overwhelming.

Whether you’re navigating stress, chronic pain, burnout, or just looking to feel more connected to your body, our approach meets you where you are.

Topics we explore may include:

– Understanding your nervous system and how to support regulation

– Somatic tools for processing stress and trauma in the body

– Daily practices to improve posture, movement, and body awareness

– How emotions and patterns show up physically – and how to shift them

– Breath, mindfulness, and grounding for real-life situations

– How to build a routine of self-care and nervous system hygiene

We offer private session and small group education for adults, kids, and professionals who want a deeper understanding of the body-mind connection.
